The Google Android phone in unlocked format made their way onto the Australian eBay market in October 2008, much before the official Android phone release. Some of these mobile phones are even officially unlocked, which will provide much comfort to buyers.
Telstra did not support these unlocked phones, with Telstra quoted as saying the European version (of the T Mobile) is 2100 only and the US version is 2100/1700.
This would make it impossible for the T mobile phones impossible to work on the Next G Network.
